Who processes the data

EMMERIK S.r.l. operates this platform. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@emmerik.it.

Data submitted by the user

The Project Check can be used without submitting contact information. A temporary project draft may be stored locally in the user's browser. EMMERIK does not receive that draft.

When a user voluntarily requests an engineering review, the platform stores the contact details, company and technical project information entered in the form, together with the campaign parameters contained in the page link.

Purpose

Submitted information is used to register, evaluate and respond to the requested preliminary technical review, manage subsequent communication and understand which platform functions are useful. Anonymous platform events may be counted, including page opening, time-on-page milestones, form progress and passport generation. Random anonymous visitor and session identifiers are stored in the browser to avoid counting the same device repeatedly. They do not contain a name, email address or telephone number.

Retention and access

Project requests are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized EMMERIK administration users and technical service providers required to operate the platform.

User choices and requests

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their submitted information by contacting EMMERIK and providing the request or Project Passport reference. Applicable legal rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Advertising measurement

Version One does not activate third-party advertising cookies by default. If an advertising or conversion-measurement tag is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before activation.
